Next we’ll identify vulnerabilities and opportunities, and align on a phased approach that gets the greatest results.
We meet you where you are, but prefer a two-week sprint to get to know you.
From there, we’ll decide what – and when – to focus on first.
You will work with a small team right-sized for your project with one main contact.
Once we agree on a start date, we’ll bring the team together for a project kickoff to outline roles, responsibilities, and expectations for the sprint.
